This is not really tv-related, but I couldn't resist. From the department of "why?" comes this USB-powered microwave from Heinz specifically designed for heating beans. Presumably for you to eat. Since this is from the Daily Mail, I can only assume it will (if it ever sees release) be marketed to Brits. I have several questions:
- Who the hell is eating beans as a snack? At their desk no less? Clearly someone is, as Heinz markets "Snap Pots" specifically for this legume-based snacking. You stay classy, Britain.
- Potential buyers should not only consider the potential $160 price tag, but also the unbridled shame which is likely to result from having a fucking BEAN MICROWAVE on your desk.
- This seems tailor-made for the torture of peeps. Almost worth owning one just for that.
1. Create $160 USB bean microwave.
2. Market bean microwave to lazy British office workers.
3. ???
